Terms and Conditions
1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, seminars, workshops, retreats, coaching services, as well as online and in-person events provided by Franziska Köslin.
Any deviations from these terms shall only be valid if expressly confirmed in writing.
2. Registration and Contract Conclusion
By registering via the respective registration page or by email, participants submit a binding offer to take part in the respective program or service.
A contract is concluded once the organizer confirms the registration.
The number of participants may be limited. Registrations are considered in the order in which payments are received.
3. Payment Terms
Participation fees must be paid in full and on time after receipt of the confirmation or invoice.
Accepted payment methods are bank transfer and PayPal (including credit card payment).
Participation is only considered confirmed once the full payment has been received.
Early bird prices are only valid if the full payment is received before the specified deadline.
4. Use of Digital Content
Digital content (such as online courses, videos, audio files, PDFs, membership content or other digital materials) is intended solely for personal use.
The distribution, reproduction, publication or commercial use of the content is not permitted without the express written consent of the provider.
Access to digital content is personal and may not be shared with third parties.
The provider reserves the right to adjust content, structure or schedules within a program if the overall character of the offering remains unchanged.
Access to password-protected areas or platforms is intended exclusively for the registered participant. Sharing login credentials with third parties is not permitted.
5. Membership / Community
Membership or community offers grant participants access to content and exchange formats for the duration of the respective membership period.
The provider reserves the right to adjust content, schedules or the structure of the membership provided that the overall nature of the offer remains unchanged.
Members are expected to interact respectfully within the community.
In the event of violations of community guidelines, access to the membership may be restricted or terminated.
6. Cancellation and Rescheduling
A cancellation free of charge is possible up to 14 days before the start of an event.
After that period, refunds are no longer possible.
Participants may nominate a replacement participant.
Alternatively, participation may be transferred to a future event upon agreement with the organizer.
7. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date the contract is concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. via email to mail@franziskakoslin.com).
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Exception for Events with Fixed Dates
For events with fixed dates (such as workshops, seminars or retreats), no statutory right of withdrawal exists pursuant to Section 312g (2) No. 9 of the German Civil Code (BGB).
In these cases, the cancellation conditions stated under section 6 apply exclusively.
Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content
For digital content (such as online courses, memberships, downloads or digital materials), the right of withdrawal expires once:
the execution of the contract has begun, and
the customer has expressly agreed that the execution of the contract may begin before the withdrawal period expires, and
the customer has confirmed that they lose their right of withdrawal once the execution begins.
Goodwill Policy for Online Courses
Independently of the statutory right of withdrawal, a refund may be requested within 48 hours after the course start if no more than the first module has been accessed.
This provision constitutes a voluntary goodwill policy and does not establish a legal entitlement.

8. Cancellation by the Organizer
If an event must be cancelled for reasons beyond the control of the organizer (e.g. illness or force majeure), any participation fees already paid will be fully refunded.
Further claims, particularly regarding travel or accommodation costs, are excluded.
The organizer reserves the right to make program changes or adjustments that do not substantially alter the overall nature of the event.
9. Liability and Personal Responsibility
Participation takes place at the participant’s own responsibility.
The services offered do not replace medical, psychological or therapeutic treatment.
No liability is assumed for damage to property or loss of personal belongings.
Liability for travel arrangements, accommodation or related expenses is also excluded.
10. Data Protection and Data Sharing
Personal data will be used exclusively for organizing and conducting the respective event or service.
By registering, participants agree that their data may be used for informational purposes related to the booked offer.
If events are conducted with cooperation partners (e.g. co-hosts), necessary data may be shared with them for organizational purposes.
Data will only be used for newsletters if a separate consent has been given. This consent can be withdrawn at any time.
11. Copyright
All materials provided within the scope of the programs, events or courses (including documents, audio or video recordings) are protected by copyright.
Any distribution, publication or commercial use without explicit permission is not permitted.
12. Final Provisions
German law shall apply, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which the customer has their habitual residence remain unaffected.
The place of jurisdiction, where legally permissible, is the registered seat of the provider.
Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
13. Individual Agreements
Individual agreements with participants or customers (e.g. via email or written agreement) take precedence over these Terms and Conditions.
Information provided on the website or in FAQs serves general informational purposes and does not constitute a binding contractual component unless explicitly stated in the respective offer description.
The specific scope of services is determined by the description provided on the respective booking or sales page.
14. Disclaimer
